The Consumer Focus website is Consumer Focus’ hub for its reports, the background to its work and corporate information. As the UK’s designated watchdog for energy and post, it also provides definitive information and advice on these topics.
CF Labs has overseen development of ‘phase 1′ of the site in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives, moving it from a proprietary platform to the open source WordPress system and developing its innovative energy applications which help hundreds of consumers to make informed choices about suppliers and charges every day.
A phase 2 development, also overseen by the Labs team and which makes many improvements to phase 1, is shortly to be released.
