Describe your idea: one interface to see if a product is healthy and ethically appropriate.
My supermarket.com already provides information on product cost across supermarkets and their nutritional value using the traffic light scheme. To add in from this database sustainability information on if a fish is MSC certified or if an apple type is organic, or a pork chop from welfare RSPCA pork for example would be helpful to some consumers.
What problem does it solve?: Enable consumers to construct a healthy sustainable food basket and compare products along these lines quickly and simply.
Generate increased sales resulting in cheaper goods.

We liked your idea about collecting together details about ethical and healthy products. We are aware that a number of other services provide portions of this information online.
Over the next few months, we will try and work with some of these services to make the data available through an API which would enable other developers to produce interesting services.
